Double win in the North Sea
Callenberg Technology Group’s HVAC Maintenance & modifications team in Aberdeen secures two large Planned maintenance contracts. Earlier this year the team won the extension of the flagship maintenance contract with BP, including their two newest assets Clair Ridge and Glen Lyon and most recent, successfully retained the extension of care and preventative maintenance for EnQuest assets in the North Sea.
The contract for BP’s operational assets includes HVAC & refrigeration maintenance services, procurement of equipment & spares, as well as all aspects of door maintenance. For the soon-to-be operational assets, Callenberg is reviewing overall HVAC performance and supporting with refrigeration commissioning.
“Throughout the years our expertise has grown, giving us broad knowledge of legislation and compliance in the industry. BP has included us in the build stage of their assets to ensure best practice testing and preventative maintenance routines are established and followed. With Callenberg as a partner, BP ensures high performing, reliable HVAC and refrigeration equipment with maximised uptime on critical systems.” says Adam Riley, Service Manager, Callenberg Aberdeen
The agreement with EnQuest entrusts Callenberg to deliver all care and maintenance services, including preventative maintenance for HVAC systems on operating assets in the North Sea. The broad scope for Callenberg will also include responsibility for Technical Authority support, engineering for modifications and investigations & surveys.
“Planned maintenance agreements prioritise maintenance needs, making repair work more efficient and ensuring continual system reliability & compliance. With us as maintenance partner, EnQuest benefits from increased efficiency and cost savings from our consistent approach across all assets. It’s a win-win situation,” says Stuart Lockhead, Managing Director, Aftermarket Service, Callenberg Aberdeen
